Policies

Cancellation:
Dynamic Myofascial Release requests 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment when cancelling online or via call/text. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window of your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee up to 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. 

Refunds: 
• There are No refunds on services rendered.
• There are No refunds on unused portion of gift certificates.
• There are No refunds on any Zoom class.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session cannot be extended due to appointments that follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given or not, you will be responsible for full payment of the session.

No Shows:
Should you forget or consciously choose to forgo your Myofascial Release appointment for whatever reason, it will be considered a “no-show.” You may be charged up to 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. 
When booking a future appointment, you will need to pay in full prior to your next scheduled visit.
