Policies

Cancellation:
Dynamic Myofascial Release requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please notify me by phone, text, or through the online booking system. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled session fee.

Refunds: 
• There are No refunds on services rendered.
• There are No refunds on unused portion of gift certificates.
• There are No refunds on any Zoom class.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session cannot be extended due to appointments that follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given or not, you will be responsible for full payment of the session.

No Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled Myofascial Release appointment, whether you've forgotten your appointment or chosen not to attend, it will be considered a no-show. You may be subject to a fee up to 100% of the scheduled session fee. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointments, regardless of whether they choose to receive these reminders.
Payment will be required before scheduling your next appointment.
